Title: TA Contract Resource
Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Shift: 4 days onsite, 1 remote

Complete Description:
Position Concept:

- The Talent Acquisition Contractor will partner with internal TA Team and occasionally with business leaders to understand position and business requirements.
- Support effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent through a fair and inclusive recruitment process
- Source and screen candidate applications and job postings to match applicants with job requirements.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates.
- Prepare interview guides, schedule interviews, reserve locations, calendar invites, prepare materials and overall logistics for interviews.
- Maintain communication with candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience, a PHR or SPHR is preferred.
- 2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/Staffing or Human Resources experience with an understanding of full life cycle recruitment.
- The ideal candidate will have some experience Recruiting in a Corporate environment or a combination of Corporate and Agency environments.
- Effective understanding in how to consult with and be a value-add partner to the BU leaders for organizations of support, in addition to screening and sourcing skills.
- High degree of initiative, proactive in nature, results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Solid project management and organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and agility to multi-task and prioritize are essential.
- Applicant Tracking System and proactive sourcing experience is ideal.
