Client Overview:

Our client is well-known in the fintech space for using technology to improve and automate financial services for businesses and consumers. Our client provides solutions such as digital payments, online banking, lending platforms, investment tools, and financial management apps. Their goal is to make transactions faster, more secure, and more accessible. With evolving business needs, they are looking for a Contract Recruiting Manager to drive full-cycle recruitment for their growing teams.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50/hr - $60/hr, Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Contract Recruiting Manager will oversee the hiring process by identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and coordinating interviews. The Contract Recruiting Manager will work closely with department leaders to ensure candidates align with the company's goals, culture, and job requirements. The Contract Recruiting Manager will develop hiring strategies, manage recruitment teams, and help improve the overall candidate experience. This role is essential in building strong teams that support the growth and business of the company.

Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiting Manager:

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and recruiting platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate the hiring process with managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders.

Required Experience/Skills for the Contract Recruiting Manager:

  • 5 - 8 years of full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
  • Prior experience in tech and finance recruiting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Contract Recruiting Manager:

  • Understanding of global labor laws, employment trends, and compensation analysis.
  • Skilled in interviewing, negotiation, and data analysis is nice to have.
  • Strong experience using various ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
