    This role offers the opportunity to play a strategic and hands-on Talent Attraction role supporting Japan hiring. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, building qualified, diverse candidate slates to onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Partners, leverage market insights to influence hiring decisions, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

    It is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys stakeholder partnership, candidate assessment, market mapping and continuous growing, while contributing to broader TA projects in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

    What your background should look like:

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent, efficient and high-quality hiring experience.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of role requirements, candidate profiles and business needs.
    • Proactively source candidates through online platforms and other effective recruitment channels, developing both longlists and shortlists.
    • Assess potential candidates based on structured interview methodologies such as STAR, Behavior based questionnaires.
    • Act as a trusted Talent Attraction Advisor to hiring managers and leadership throughout the recruitment process.
    • Gather and present market insights to support hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
    • Lead salary negotiations and manage the offer process effectively until the candidate is on board.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and manage recruitment data in a compliant and accurate manner.
    • Take accountability for driving key TA metrics and continuous improvement.
    • Participate collaboratively or lead additional Talent Attraction projects

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Preferably 3-5 years of recruitment experience in an in-house or recruitment agency environment.
    • Experience in Japan hiring, with knowledge of local job boards, sourcing channels and market practices.
    • Proven experience assessing candidate quality, skills, motivation and role fit.
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

    Skills:

    • Advanced Japanese language proficiency, both written and spoken.
    • Working-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
    • Fast learning agility.
    • Strong accountability for impacts
    • Good communication skills with cross-cultural awareness and the ability to act as a TA advisor to hiring managers.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative and results driven.
