Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Table Games Floorperson:

• Motivate, coach, and develop Dealers.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Observe games, guests, and dealers to ensure protection of company assets.
• Ensure that all games maintain appropriate game speed, limits, and staffing.
• Track player ratings.
• Maintain the highest quality standards of guest service, hospitality, and guest development.
• Pit accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience dealing either Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, or Baccarat.
• One year of experience as a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor.
• Ability to calculate basic math in your head.
• Ability to multitask.
