Position Summary:
Assists the Shift Manager with the day-to-day operation of table games to include training, counseling, and supervision of team members.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes superior guest service.
- Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
- Supervises and secures all games in assigned gaming area.
- Ensures the security of the table games and related equipment and keep clear lines of communication between table games personnel and the Surveillance Department.
- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the player rating system.
- Keeps Scheduling Department abreast on a daily basis of any changes, check pit time starts on a weekly basis.
- Enforces CTGC gaming rules and regulations, internal controls, and department/company policies.
- Keeps abreast of "special events", entertainment, employee activities, restaurant schedules, etc. Keeps other departments informed of developments affecting their function.
- Monitors business demands and makes necessary adjustments.
- Services guests, handles customer related issues with composure and professionalism.
- Services employees, handles employee related issues with composure and professionalism.
- Schedules Floor Supervisor assignments.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Two years' supervisory experience in a high-volume, complex casino environment.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
- Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

This role offers a starting wage of $58,259.00 annually. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
