Position Overview
We are hiring a Table Operator to support production operations in Hokes Bluff, AL. This role involves working at a production table to assemble, inspect, and process materials while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, sort, and process materials at a production workstation
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, schedules, and safety guidelines
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation
- Report defects or production issues to supervisors
- Meet daily production and quality targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience (manufacturing/warehouse preferred)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Burn table experience
Requirements:
- Must pass a math & measurement test
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Steel-toe boots required
Schedule & Overtime
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Overtime: 10-hour shifts on Saturdays & Sundays
