Tableau Developer

We are seeking a Data Analyst/Report Writer to join our rapidly growing Technology team. In this role, the Data Analyst/Report Writer will join the BI/DW Team and will work in conjunction with Business/Finance teams to develop and support organization-wide reporting. This position is responsible for end-to-end BI Analysis and Report development including gathering requirements, understanding report's objectives, designing and developing reports using Tableau and Power BI and training.

Responsibilities

•            Lead the development of business and functional requirements for reports, ensuring the maintenance of effective working relationships with business departments

•            Design, develop, test and implement reports as necessary to fulfill business requirements

•            Assist users with reporting and analysis activities and ad hoc reporting

•            Support user training, testing, documentation, and roll-out of reports

•            Maintain knowledge of business processes and application design, and understand cross-functional business relationships and their use of information

•            Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

•            Expert in Tableau and Power BI tools and expert in creating Financial Reports (Eg: P/L, Cashflow, Budget) and BI/Analytical Reports

•            Experience converting or understanding business requirements into envisioned reports.

•            Ability to foresee requirements that might be repetitive and construct reports as reusuable templates

•            Expertise in Data Profiling and Data/BI Analysis in Data Warehouse, testing and administration.

•            Should have worked in Agile methodology

•            Solve problems and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

•            Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers, managers and supervisors, customers/clients, and members of the public.

•            Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing), with all levels of users.

•            Positive attitude, Ability to take direction, accept constructive criticism and to be diplomatic when reviewing work of others.

•            Prior experience in creating tabular/financial reports (Eg: Profit/Loss, Cashflow) and BI/Analytical reports in Tableau, Power BI is ideal

•            Experience working in Snowflake or other Data Warehouse systems is a must

•            Should have worked in Agile Methodology
