Digital DesignerLocation: RemoteAbout the RoleThe Digital Designer is a highly creative role with a strong focus in e-commerce anddigital marketing. This role will lead the design and execution of digital assetsacross platforms including Shopify, email marketing and paid media. The DigitalDesigner will maintain and enhance our DTC website experience - from building anddeploying new pages to front-end homepage updates, campaign launches, andoptimizing visual content that drives engagement, conversion and brandconsistency across all digital touchpoints.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing anddesign, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability tocollaborate closely with our e-commerce teams to bring campaigns to life.Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate cross-functionally with our e-commerce team to executecampaigns and product launchesMaintain and manage day-to-day website updates within ShopifyDesign and execute digital assets for our branded websites includinghomepage banners, landing pages and collection pagesOptimize digital creative assets for desktop and mobileEnsure website performance and usability are consistent across devicesDesign Paid social assets for Meta & GoogleDesign and upload email marketing assets for promotional and automatedcampaignsStrong understanding of branding, layout, typography and retail strategiesMaintain brand consistency across all digital channels and customertouchpointsSupport A/B testing initiatives for web, email and paid media creative assetsAI creative experience or willingness to learn and experiment with AI-assisted creative tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field3+ years of experience in digital or web designProficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong familiarity with Shopify preferredBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS a plusExperience with email marketing platforms such as KlaviyoDetail oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
