**What Youll Do**
- Safely operate tack trucks and heavy equipment in road, site, and
highway construction and paving projects.
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain required
documentation, and ensure vehicles meet DOT and company standards.
- Follow dispatch instructions, company policies, and all applicable
laws and safety regulations (OSHA/MSHA).
- Load and unload materialsoccasionally manually as required.
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintain mileage logs, and keep all
equipment clean and in excellent working condition.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, maintaining constant
communication and supporting co-workers.
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Take pride in delivering quality work and maintaining a safe site
for everyone.
- Performing general labor duties and other tasks as assignedevery day
