This is an onsite position.In this role, you will assist with the integration of mobile platforms and communication systems to deliver real-time situational awareness to mission partners. You will serve as a technical coordinator between systems engineering, tactical communications, and field operators.ResponsibilitiesSystem Access & Provisioning: Coordinate with the customer team to gain mobility system access and push required security certificates to operational devices as they are identified and createdTactical Communications Coordination: Liaison with the TACCOM team to coordinate operational updates, system changes, and network upgrades from a mobility perspectiveField Support: Support technical communication and troubleshooting efforts for operators deployed in the field. Deliver tactical technical engineering, including comprehensive field assessments, site surveys, and spectrum management, to ensure network reliability in contested environmentsDocumentation: Develop, standardize, and document step-by-step procedure for all mobility and provisioning processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field AND 9+ years of experience, OR PhD and 5+ years of experience, OR Master's and 7+ years of experience, OR Associate and 11+ years of experienceExperience delivering tactical technical engineering, including conducting comprehensive field assessments, site surveys, and spectrum management to ensure mobile network reliability and data transmission in contested or low bandwidth environmentsDemonstrated experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise TAK Server environments and associated client applications (ATAK, WinTAK, or iTAK)Experience implementing federal cybersecurity configurations and system hardening to support security compliancePreferred QualificationsExperience working directly with public safety stakeholders to capture operational requirements and translate them into technical TAK capabilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) architectures, digital certificate deployment infrastructure, and network protocolsActive certifications in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP)Security Clearance RequirementsMust be a U.S. citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain agency suitability prior to starting this positionPosition may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearancePhysical RequirementsThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentationsMANTECH considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at careers@mantech.com and provide your name and contact information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
