Takeout Server / Carryout Specialist

Canaan Chinese Cuisine is hiring Takeout Servers for our upcoming grand opening in Rolling Hills Estates! We value speed, accuracy, and great customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Take, verify, and pack phone and online takeout orders accurately with all designated condiments and utensils.
• Process guest payments and coordinate timely hand-offs with pickup customers and delivery drivers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked takeout station and packaging inventory.
• Complete daily station setup, restocking, and opening/closing cleaning duties.
• Support other front-of-house stations and team members as needed to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform other restaurant-related tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and customer-service focused.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Full availability for mandatory pre-opening training and orientation.
• Valid California Food Handler Card.

Schedule & Pay:

• Day and evening shifts available (straight shifts, no split shifts).
• Full-Time / Part-Time.
• Hourly base wage + tips.
