Experience implementing CDC (Change Data Capture), incremental load processes, and data reconciliation solutions. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and cloud-based data platforms. Experience in Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, Data Quality, and Data Governance frameworks. Ability to create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and technical specifications. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments |
