Position Summary

The Senior Recruiter Analyst is responsible for supporting and driving strategic recruiting initiatives through a combination of talent acquisition expertise, data analysis, and workforce insights. This role partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, monitor recruiting performance, and use data to improve hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting knowledge with analytical skills and is comfortable translating recruiting data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for professional and specialized positions.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and other talent channels.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline activity, offer acceptance rates, and hiring trends.
• Prepare recurring recruiting reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business leadership.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the recruiting process and recommend improvements.
• Monitor recruiting activity and ensure positions progress efficiently through the hiring process.
• Conduct market and talent-pool research to support workforce planning and recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR, compensation, workforce planning, and business leaders on talent-related projects.
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and help evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on recruiting data and industry trends.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, recruiting technology implementations, and special HR projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR analytics, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with recruiting or HR data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS, ATS, or recruiting analytics tools.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with workforce planning or talent analytics.
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and industry benchmarks.
• Experience supporting high-volume or complex recruiting environments.
• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar is a plus.

$50000-$90000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
