Primary Purpose
This position's primary responsibility is managing full life cycle recruitment for the departments assigned. Within this role the incumbent works in a highly collaborative manner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand the objectives and staffing needs of the departments supported. Incumbents represent Parkland in multiple facets including, but not limited to: recruitment and networking events, along with any virtual form of sourcing or recruitment to build relationships with potential candidates. The position works closely with hiring leaders in creating skilled and diverse candidate pools and assists in making the best hiring decision for each search. Practices appropriate hiring through a thorough understanding and compliance of employment law relating to hiring. Manages all information in the applicant tracking software, following Parkland's procedures for hiring and dispositioning candidates within timelines outlined in department SLAs. Effectively recommends salary offers in alignment with Parkland's compensation philosophy.

Identifies ways to improve work processes and improve customer satisfaction. Makes recommendations to supervisor, implements, and monitors results as appropriate in support of the overall goals of the department and Parkland.
Stays abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, actively participating in professional organizations, and/or maintaining certification or licensure. Integrates knowledge gained into current work practices.
Maintains knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws and guidelines that impact the area. Develops effective internal controls designed to promote adherence with applicable laws, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and private health plans. Seeks advice and guidance as needed to ensure proper understanding.
