ABOUT THE ROLE

A growing Talent Acquisition team is seeking an early-career recruiter or sourcer who can build strong candidate pipelines and engage passive talent in a fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on sourcing, hiring manager partnership, recruiting analytics, candidate engagement, and the thoughtful use of AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for priority roles through proactive sourcing and creative search strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using personalized outreach and targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting guidance, and influence decisions when appropriate.
• Manage competing requisitions and priorities while maintaining strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Track candidate activity and contribute to Talent Acquisition reporting and key recruiting metrics.
• Monitor pipeline health, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and other recruiting performance indicators.
• Evaluate outreach results and adjust sourcing and messaging strategies based on candidate engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
• Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and collaborate with teammates across the People function.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, outreach, job description development, and recruiting communications.
• Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, personalization, quality, and a strong candidate experience.
