Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partnership Specialist + Remote within Nebraska + Regular Travel to Alliance, NE
This position does not need to be based in Alliance. Candidates may reside elsewhere in Nebraska or the surrounding region but should be willing to travel regularly to Alliance to build relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and staff, gain a deep understanding of the organization, and stay connected to workforce needs and culture.

Our client is seeking an outgoing, resourceful relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities. Youll take ownership of the recruiting function while developing partnerships with colleges, professional programs, community organizations, and healthcare training programs that can help strengthen the organizations workforce for years to come. While the role may be based remotely within Nebraska, maintaining a visible presence in Alliance and building strong relationships with organizational leaders will be key to long-term success.
What Youll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Recruit for a variety of positions, including clinical, provider, leadership, and business roles.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, nursing programs, healthcare training programs, workforce development organizations, and community stakeholders throughout Nebraska and the surrounding region.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, professional associations, and community programs to enhance visibility and create new talent connections.
- Create and cultivate talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future workforce initiatives.
- Explore and develop opportunities for internships, clinical rotations, externships, residency programs, and other student engagement efforts.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing priorities and workforce planning needs.
- Serve as an ambassador for the organization, helping candidates understand the career opportunities, lifestyle benefits, and community impact that come with working in rural healthcare.
- Support employer branding, community outreach, and workforce development initiatives.
- Track recruiting activity and results to identify successes, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Travel to Alliance on a regular basis to develop strong relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and staff, gain a deep understanding of the organizations culture, and stay connected to current and future workforce needs.
What Theyre Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, business development, sales, community relations, healthcare outreach, or another relationship-focused role.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter who enjoys creating opportunities and taking initiative.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and help shape the future direction of the role.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-25% of the time, including regular visits to the Alliance headquarters and periodic travel throughout Nebraska and the surrounding region to develop partnerships, attend events, and support recruiting initiatives.
