PGS Worldwide is seeking Talent Acquisition Business Partners for remote roles within commutable distance of Melbourne, FL. These are one-year contract roles supporting Northrop Grumman.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will support full-cycle recruiting for Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics sector, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines, recruit technical and non-technical talent, guide hiring decisions, and support workforce growth. This role requires talent acquisition experience, ATS experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to advise business leaders using market data and recruiting metrics.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, or 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent across engineering disciplines such as systems, software, mechanical, electrical, or aerospace.
  • Experience recruiting non-technical talent in areas such as business, production, operations, or supply chain.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or a similar ATS.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview support, selection, and offer activity.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Ability to conduct strategy sessions, align on role requirements, and set hiring timeline expectations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in an ATS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and matrixed teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Currently located within commutable distance of Melbourne, FL.
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, engineering, or technical recruiting.
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions using data, talent market insights, and recruiting metrics.
  • Experience building proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship development.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and staying current on recruiting trends.
  • Experience supporting local recruiting events or onsite hiring activity.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles.
  • Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Build sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical capability, company values, and mission alignment.
  • Guide hiring managers on candidate evaluation, interviewing, market conditions, and competitive pay expectations.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics for talent acquisition and business leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a strong candidate experience.
  • Maintain compliance with recruiting processes and accurate ATS data.
  • Support occasional local events or onsite hiring activity near Melbourne as needed.

Work Schedule / Shift

  • 9x80 A schedule.
  • EST core hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
  • Remote role within commutable distance of Melbourne, FL.
  • Occasional onsite support for local events may be needed.
  • No travel expected.

Pay

  • $44.00/hour
