The Opportunity

$55K base + uncapped commission | $85K–$110K+ realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings)

What You'll Do

Own the candidate relationship from first call through offer acceptance:

• Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals
• \n
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback
• \n
• Support offer negotiations and close placements
• \n
• Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding
• \n

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• \n
• 1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive

• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone

• Coachable mindset
