Talent Acquisition Consultant

Position Overview

The client  is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support its Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruiting and hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have recent recruiting/HR experience and be comfortable managing job applications, screening candidates, and supporting pre-hire compliance and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review job applications and candidate profiles.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
Support full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition through onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Assist with pre-employment compliance and background screening activities.
Support onboarding and other pre-hire processes.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of recent Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a mostly remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Workday experience strongly preferred.
Prior healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Arrangement & Location Requirements

Position is mostly remote.
Candidate must reside within the Kansas City metropolitan area and be available to report onsite at the client location whenever required.
The first week will be onsite for training.
