Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Appleton Wisconsin 54911

Job Description: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Corporate Recruiter) to join our team and drive full-cycle talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will manage full cycle recruitment with some high-volume requisitions, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and leverage data to inform hiring decisions. This position requires adaptability, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from application review to coordinating interviews to offer process, ensuring quality candidates are presented to hiring managers

  • Successfully manage corporate requisitions with volumes ranging between 10-18 positions. Req counts may fluctuate based on business needs and peak times.

  • - This role will focus on sales/business development recruitment, intern recruitment and other roles based on business need (finance, marketing, etc.)

  • Conduct thorough interviews to ensure quality candidates are presented to hiring managers.

  • Ensure presentation of diverse candidate slates for consideration

  • Keep all job postings up to date

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by answering questions and communicating expectations.

  • Manage background check and drug screen processes, partnering with the compliance team when necessary.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws and other applicable regulations for assigned territory.

  • Navigate change and ambiguity, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities or business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience in sourcing and building relationships with passive candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local/national job boards

  • Knowledge of HRIS/applicant tracking system (we use Workday), CRM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment, benefits, safety, compensation systems, team member relations, unemployment, and worker’s compensation

  • Ability to quickly adapt to the constantly evolving recruitment landscape

  • Strong process orientation and detailed analytic capabilities

  • Excellent communicator and listener who is assertive yet personable and flexible

  • Possesses high integrity, confidentiality, loyalty, compassion, and maintains confidentiality of all company and customer information

  • Good decision maker who is well organized and can prioritize and plan ahead
