Corgan is actively recruiting a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the firm in our Dallas office. This position is best suited for a high paced, hands-on individual who is driven by a strategic and collaborative recruiting approach. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience when scheduling interviews, managing travel, and owning communications to candidate and hiring manager
- Partner with internal clients to find, evaluate and select top talent for the firm
- Facilitate candidate workflow including sourcing, applicant review, interview coordination, candidate pre-screens, and offer coordination
- Develop relationships with internal clients to manage hiring needs, provide progress updates, and offer consultative recruiting practices
- Able to participate and manage projects
- Assist with firm-wide campus recruiting program
- Create and own monthly metric reports and presentations
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a desire to get into talent acquisition considered as well as 1-5 years recruiting coordinator experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Proven success at building relationships and trust quickly with applicants and clients to guide them through the interview and on-boarding process
- Strong technical and business acumen; demonstrated ownership of recruiting metrics; generating, interpreting and communicating reporting data; applicant tracking and systems experience
- Superior relationship management skills with the ability to establish positive and professional rapport quickly with candidates, hiring managers, peers, and HR team
- Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced culture
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in our Dallas office
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- This is an in-office role
This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
