The Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator supports recruiting operations by creating a positive and seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining accurate hiring records, supporting onboarding efforts, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the candidate journey.
