Talent Acquisition Coordinator

IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. In this role, you will support a fast-paced Talent & Culture organization within a large, industry-leading energy company by coordinating high-touch interview experiences for senior leadership and technical roles. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain momentum across hiring timelines.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for senior-level and technical roles, including multi-day loops, panels, and cross-functional sessions
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to align priorities, manage constraints, and keep hiring processes moving
• Provide white-glove communication and support for candidates and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at every touchpoint
• Coordinate candidate travel logistics, itineraries, and reimbursements while adhering to internal policies
• Maintain clean, accurate interview and travel data in the ATS and support process improvements and reporting tied to scheduling efficiency

Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive scheduling, or complex calendar management
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity scheduling across senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Experience working in an ATS and coordinating interview logistics using tools like Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
