As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern within the HR Service Department, you will have the opportunity to live our HR Service Vision: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve.

The HR Service team is the main point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada for HR-related topics. We are available to help our customers navigate the sometimes complex world of HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.

We work in partnership with our HR Business Partners and Process Owners to support in the deployment of HR initiatives. We educate our managers and associates on HR processes and technical tools, and help to trouble shoot when things get tricky. Every day we communicate with our customers, and do real-time problem solving. If we can''t address the need in our team, we partner with other HR teams for additional expertise, all with the goal of getting the issue resolved.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern provides support on key HR administrative processes and tasks for Bosch''s People Acquisition Campus, including:

  • Administering and supporting the pre-employment process for all staffing processes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and international assignments.
  • Adjudicating background checks, and validating data quality to ensure work is completed on time with high quality; partnering with other HR Service teams and HR Business Partners as required.
  • Supporting Process Improvement by developing tools, aides, and solutions for recurring requirements and suggesting process improvements to improve process efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
  • Performing additional administrative duties that support the HR Service team as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Previous experience working in an office, administrative, or customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and navigate web-based platforms and HR databases.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) or similar enterprise cloud suites.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
