An entertainment organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support various recruitment activities in a hybrid work setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite; Fridays are remote)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Coordinating candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, and logistics
- Assisting with the applicant tracking system (Workday) maintenance and ensuring data accuracy
- Liaising between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and process flow
- Drafting and managing job postings across multiple platforms
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Recruitment Coordination experience
- High School Diploma / GED or Associate's Degree
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry
- Experience with Workday ATS systems
