Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, maintaining applicant records, and assisting hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews and manage recruiting calendars
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms
  • Screen applications and assist recruiters with candidate pipelines
  • Prepare interview materials and hiring documentation
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, administration, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
