TempExperts is sourcing for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment team by managing scheduling, candidate coordination, and administrative hiring tasks. This role is an onsite position in Schertz, Tx and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within Human Resources and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process by managing administrative tasks and scheduling interviews.
  • Identify and assess problems that arise during recruitment using standard procedures to ensure smooth processes.
  • Work within established guidelines and procedures, receiving moderate supervision to complete routine tasks.
  • Understand how individual responsibilities contribute to team goals and collaborate with related teams to meet objectives.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Recognize and resolve common recruitment process issues using established protocols.
  • Support overall recruitment quality by providing accurate and timely information and services to the team.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to exchange straightforward information.
Requirements/Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or administrative support preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR/recruiting software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
