What Youll Do
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, with a primary focus on high-volume, client-facing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative recruiting methods.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring decisions, and extend offers.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent Travel Incorporated at job fairs, networking events, and community recruiting initiatives.
Associate Experience & HR Support
- Assist with onboarding activities to help new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
- Support employee engagement programs, company events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Partner with the HR team on projects that enhance the overall associate experience.
- Assist with special HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as business needs evolve.
What Were Looking For
- 2-5 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Interest or experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding, culture initiatives, or broader HR programs is highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
