Target Compensation: $43,000 to $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator:

Support full-cycle recruiting, including candidate outreach, phone screening, and applicant tracking through Paylocity
Coordinate and enhance onboarding processes to create a seamless new hire experience
Maintain employee files and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Partner with leadership to help build structure and strengthen talent acquisition initiatives

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator:

Bilingual communication skills required
Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
Experience supporting onboarding activities and new hire processes
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
