Role Summary:

In this role, you will partner with our internal Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent for our corporate roles. This role will emphasize on sourcing our recruiters and business development professionals, along with developing relationships with both passive and active candidates. Ideal individual for this role will excel in sourcing, cold calling, interview screenings, and possess a positive attitude and motivation for success.

This part-time role will report in our beautiful El Segundo office t2-3 times/week.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage with passive candidates through cold calls, emails, direct messages, etc.
  • Support overall operations of the Talent Acquisition Team, such as onboarding, developing necessary documentation, maintaining candidate notes and accuracy of CRM, LinkedIn projects, and other recruitment related platforms.
  • Assist with any additional Talent Acquisition projects/initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or completion of a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree required.
  • Professional experience or interest in recruitment, HR, and/or staffing.
  • A background in an office/admin support preferred.

  • Compensation for the role will range between $20 to $22 an hour.
