The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruiting activities while gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other tools
Support interview scheduling and candidate communication
Assist with job postings, offer letters, and new hire paperwork
Get exposure to recruiting metrics and reporting
Help with employer branding projects and outreach to schools/community partners
Sit in on candidate interviews to learn what makes a strong hire
Help keep our ATS records accurate and up to date
Support internal hiring communications like promotions and transfers
Assist in building and organizing talent pipelines for future openings
Help create and refine interview guides and hiring manager resources
Get a behind-the-scenes look at how job descriptions are written and optimized
Represent the company at career fairs or recruiting events (if available)
Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
