Your Impact As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key recruiting functions while helping Accelevation attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will support candidate sourcing, recruitment operations, candidate experience initiatives, and continuous improvement projects that strengthen the effectiveness of our recruiting team. This internship offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and provides opportunities to evaluate and enhance recruiting processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures. You'll work alongside experienced talent acquisition professionals while contributing meaningful improvements that support hiring outcomes and candidate satisfaction.
