My client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Columbus, OH to be the strategic TA advisor to executive leadership and lead full-cycle hiring for professional through executive roles across the company. Opportunity to modernize/build a best-in-class TA function, leveraging AI and modern recruiting tech.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and engaging passive candidates using advanced sourcing strategies and professional networking.
Conducting structured interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments.
Presenting highly qualified candidates with thoughtful recommendations and hiring insights.
Managing confidential and executive-level searches with professionalism and discretion.
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of progressive corporate talent acquisition experience.
Demonstrated success recruiting professional, management, director, and executive-level talent.
Proven ability to partner directly with senior executives and business leaders.
Expertise identifying, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates.
Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and data.
Highly competitive base in the $125-150k range + variable comp and strong benefits
