SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

An initial preview of the responsibilities & tasks are as follows (there will be more, but this will give you a general sense of the roles & responsibilities): 

• Build and manage end-to-end recruiting for all roles — Private Equity (investment professionals, business development associates, research analysts), portfolio company (CEO, CFO, COO, SVP of Finance, Head of BD).
• Design and implement a scalable hiring process: intake, sourcing, screening, interview structure, offer, and onboarding handoff.
• Manage our ATS and establish consistent data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility for leadership.
• Build Tucker’s Farm's employer brand — careers page, social presence, candidate experience.
• Own time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and sourcing channel ROI as core KPIs.

YOUR BACKGROUND MIGHT LOOK LIKE

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; at least 2 years in private equity, finance, and operations 
• Demonstrated ability to build recruiting infrastructure, not just fill requisitions 
• Strong sourcing instincts — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and niche job boards are second nature 
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, PE-backed growth environment with evolving priorities and lean structure 
• Data-driven mindset — you track everything and use metrics to improve process, not just report activity 
• Strong communicator and relationship builder; you earn trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates alike
