Summary
In this exciting role, you will join a Talent Acquisition team aligned to support our Creative department to deliver against the organizations recruiting needs. Youll build relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and People Team partners to identify talent that meets requirements and supports our companys strategic plans. This role will also participate in recruiting projects that drive quality-of-hire time to fill and provide an extraordinary candidate and hiring manager recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
• Own full-cycle recruiting across Creative Content and Branding roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer generation. • Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools. • Build and maintain pipelines of talent for current and future needs. • Create a stellar candidate experience, identifying and anticipating candidates needs, and following issues to closure. • Collaborate with the People Team to maximize the candidate experience and meet the expectations of the organization. • Manage candidate process flow through the applicant tracking system. • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Team business partners to create and deliver a comprehensive, compelling, and competitive offer, if needed. • Build long-term candidate and hiring manager relationships.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role supporting the creative and content teams. Previous experience working for a creative agency is a plus, but not required. Ability to be onsite in our NYC office up to 4 days a week. Strong communication skills, must be able to express ideas effectively in individual and group situations. Ability to present information and communicate effectively with Senior Management and Executives. Strong interpersonal leadership skills to inspire and guide others toward goal achievement, teamwork, and collaboration. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in CPG-manufacturing environment preferred.

Salary Range
The salary range for this full-time position is $105,500.00 - $196,500.00, with bonus, equity, and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
