Oxford Solutions is working with a multi-site healthcare organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts, support hiring across multiple locations, and improve recruiting processes and systems. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is remote within the Eastern Time Zone, with travel required.
This role is an equal mix of hands-on recruiting and recruiting leadership, process improvement, and systems support. Candidates must have prior healthcare recruiting experience, ideally supporting clinical, medical, behavioral health, or other healthcare-related hiring.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, medical, operational, leadership, and corporate positions.
Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and build proactive recruiting strategies.
Improve recruiting processes, workflows, systems, and reporting.
Help establish consistent recruiting practices across multiple locations and states.
Monitor recruiting activity and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support workforce planning and broader talent acquisition initiatives.
Travel periodically to facilities and company locations as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
2+ years of recruiting leadership, management, or team lead experience.
Prior healthcare recruiting experience
Experience recruiting clinical, medical, behavioral health, or other healthcare-related positions.
Experience supporting recruiting across multiple locations and states.
Proven ability to lead and develop recruiters while remaining actively involved in day-to-day recruiting.
Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, systems, metrics, and workflow improvement.
Strong communication and partnership skills with hiring managers and operational leadership.
Must be located within the Eastern Time Zone and able to travel as required.
