About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the organization's recruiting strategy and full-cycle hiring operations. This role partners with business and HR leaders to forecast workforce needs, build talent pipelines, improve hiring processes, strengthen employer branding, and deliver consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager also leads HR team members in recruitment strategies and is the contact to sourcing specialists, ensuring alignment to organizational hiring priorities and recruiting best practices. The position is accountable for full cycle recruiting effectiveness, compliance, recruiting technology adoption, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and execution.
