Talent Acquisition Manager, Staffing Industry

Location: Must be based in Northern California, Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin), or Salt Lake City
(Not fully remote; must be within driving distance of a branch.)

We are seeking a strategic, fast-paced, and highly adaptable Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all hiring efforts across our client’s organization. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing high-volume, rapidly shifting recruiting priorities while thinking strategically about long-term hiring needs and pipelining talent.

The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where hiring can jump from 0 to 15 openings in a single day, enjoys juggling shifting priorities, and remains calm while responding quickly to urgent requests. This person will hire for a wide range of roles - from entry-level to executive - and will serve as a true partner to leadership.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all corporate, branch, and field roles including:
         Onsite Managers
         Recruiters & Sales roles
         Branch Managers
         Administrative staff
         Executive-level positions
  • Manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring across multiple regions with constantly shifting priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including proactive outreach and candidate presentation.
  • Develop and lead early-career recruiting strategies, cultivating relationships with colleges and universities to bring in new graduates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role priorities, timelines, and talent gaps.
  • Adapt quickly to operational demands and pivot hiring efforts as the business evolves.
  • Collaborate with leadership on interview coordination and hiring decisions.
  • Provide input into bonus structures or incentive plans.
  • Represent the organization at career events and onsite branch visits as needed.

Ideal candidates:
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Can confidently hire for all levels from administrative roles to President’s Club–caliber sales reps.
  • Demonstrate calm under pressure and natural ability to juggle multiple urgent needs.
  • Experience building scalable pipelines and improvement of quality and speed of hiring.
  • Strong Talent Acquisition fundamentals.
  • Strategic thoughtfulness while executing hands-on recruiting work.

What you need:
  • 3–7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; internal corporate talent acquisition preferred. Staffing industry required.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with early-career programs, campus recruiting, or building university partnerships is a major plus.
  • Strong talent assessment skills across a wide range of roles and levels.
  • Comfortable traveling occasionally to corporate headquarters and regional branches.
