We are seeking a strategic, fast-paced, and highly adaptable Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all hiring efforts across our clients organization. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing high-volume, rapidly shifting recruiting priorities while thinking strategically about long-term hiring needs and pipelining talent.
The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where hiring can jump from 0 to 15 openings in a single day, enjoys juggling shifting priorities, and remains calm while responding quickly to urgent requests. This person will hire for a wide range of roles - from entry-level to executive - and will serve as a true partner to leadership.
