Serves as the face of the Company with candidates and new associates. Supports the new associate onboarding process by scheduling drug tests, background checks, coordinating completion of new hire paperwork, and monitoring the processes to completion. Thisposition also provides information and answers questions from candidates, associates and management to facilitate the onboarding processes and completion of required employment documents. Organizes and completes all administrative functions associated with the day-to-day operation of the talent acquisition function. Supports Talent Acquisition management and staff. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.
