Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Pay: $20 –$22/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Greenville, SC 29615 (Hybrid – Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
Position Type: 3-Month Contract


Summary

Support daily recruiting operations by partnering with Recruiters, HR, Hiring Managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process from interview scheduling through offer acceptance. This role is highly administrative and requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.


Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Operations

  • Partner with recruiters to support daily hiring activities and operational needs.
  • Maintain candidate records and job requisitions in SuccessFactors ATS.
  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars, departments, locations, and time zones.
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodations in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Order, track, and monitor background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment assessments.
  • Draft and send employment offer letters.
  • Manage the external Careers inbox and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP documentation requirements.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition support, or administrative operations.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Experience scheduling interviews involving multiple participants, locations, video platforms, and time zones.
  • Experience creating and distributing employment offer letters.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
