Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides high-volume recruiting support for Distribution Centers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring operations. This role acts as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR teams while managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support multiple recruiters and distribution center locations in a high-volume environment
Act as liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR Business Partners
Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews
Draft and send offer letters to candidates
Initiate and track background checks and adjudicate employment/education flags
Partner with HR, compliance, payroll, and internal teams to ensure accurate onboarding
Communicate proactively with candidates via email, phone, and text
Track applicant flow and manage candidate data in ATS systems
Maintain accurate records and prepare new hires for orientation
Manage 100+ candidates weekly during peak hiring periods
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
