What You''ll Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally with a background in startups. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to running the interview process, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative, targeted recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases
• Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish
• Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

What You''ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment
• Comfortable managing dynamic, high-volume hiring processes
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, initiative-driven approach
• (Nice to have) Experience hiring for GTM roles in the US
• (Nice to have) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• (Nice to have) Hebrew language skills
