As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.
What you'll do:
Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as aviation mechanics and machinists.
Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals
Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conducting thorough technical prescreening
Leverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidate
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process
Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of talent acquisition experience
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelors degree
Corporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow. ORC / Fusion experience is a plus.
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
Previous experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional & leadership roles).
Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring Managers.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities.
Provide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers.
Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
