About the Role:

We're looking for a Recruiter to partner with stakeholders across a variety of departments including Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. You'll identify and source candidates, expertly communicate Direct Line's unique value proposition, develop strong relationships with hiring teams, and uphold a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and hiring method.

This position must be within the markets of the job posting with understanding of market data.

Travel will be required to hiring events and sites as needed; reasonable accommodation will be provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute sourcing, recruiting and delivering a short list of qualified job seekers, while ensuring a positive applicant experience.
  • Filling FTE and Agency open requisitions within metric expectations.
  • Ensures the team has a strong diverse talent pipeline both internally and externally to meet the current and anticipated needs of the business.
  • Engages with the team to ensure a deep understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings.
  • Sources qualified passive job seekers through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, indeed, networking, referrals, internal network of employees to identify referrals and other creative means.
  • Engages and connects with potential applicants, offer a high-level of responsiveness and connections to build links, sustain rapport, promote employer brand, and address questions.
  • Present a shortlist of pre-screened applicants, based on job seeker's skills, experience, qualifications, and supplementary information within each application.
  • Maintains data integrity and compliance by collecting/inputting data in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Partner with our Onboarding Care team to ensure candidate onboarding experience is completed.
  • Participate in hiring initiatives including job fairs, hiring events, school engagement, DE&I events, veteran hiring, etc.
  • Develop and build working relationships with business partners through day-to-day interactions, either virtually or in person, with plans to meet key partners in the office on occasion.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience; agency or in-house (or both)
  • Demonstrated success engaging and hiring sourced candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish successful partnerships with hiring teams and senior management
  • Aptitude and inclination to use data to drive hiring decisions
  • Intense organization and process-focus - you excel at handling multiple responsibilities at the same time
  • Experience working within telecom focused positions
  • The person should be a self-starter, adaptable with diligence in detail and able to work with minimal direction.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written, visual and listening skills.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required equipment as well as to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Talent Acquisition Partner position is $80000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $85000 annually [or $40.87 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
