    The Opportunity

    The Talent Acquisition Partner supports hiring across Integra's construction and data center business, partnering closely with business leaders to attract top talent for mission-critical projects. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner, leading full-cycle recruiting, influencing hiring strategy, and delivering exceptional talent across field operations, project management, engineering, and corporate functions.

    Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to recruit in a fast-paced, project-driven construction environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Partner with hiring managers, construction leadership, and business stakeholders to develop hiring strategies for construction and data center roles.
    • Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Estimators, QA/QC, Commissioning, MEP, Field Operations, and other construction professionals.
    • Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
    • Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill construction and mission-critical positions.
    • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit while providing consultative hiring recommendations.
    • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while supporting active project schedules and changing business priorities.
    • Provide hiring managers with market insights, pipeline updates, and recruiting strategy recommendations.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
    • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    • 3+ years of recruiting experience supporting construction, data center construction, engineering, EPC, or project-based environments.
    • Experience recruiting field-based positions for general contractors, mission-critical, data center, industrial, or EPC organizations.
    • Demonstrated success partnering with hiring leaders and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience building candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
    • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience recruiting within data center construction, mission-critical construction, hyperscale, or EPC environments.
    • Bachelor's degree.
