The Talent Acquisition Partner plays an important role in helping Krause Group attract and hire exceptional talent across our portfolio of businesses, including soccer, wine, real estate, hospitality, and corporate shared services. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional and operational positions while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

In addition to recruiting, this role will lead Krause Group's internship program and talent pipeline recruiting efforts by building relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, coordinating career fairs, and creating meaningful experiences for interns across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience, enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional, operational, and early-career positions across Krause Group.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting plans.

  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain active candidate pipelines for frequently hired positions.

  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, offers, and pre-employment activities.

  • Ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain recruiting data and applicant tracking system records.

Campus Recruiting & Internship Program

  • Lead Krause Group's internship program from planning through completion.

  • Coordinate intern recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, and program activities.

  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, and coordination of seasonal interns for the Des Moines Menace, ensuring a high-quality experience that supports both the business and intern development.

  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, professors, and student organizations.

  • Represent Krause Group at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting activities.

  • Coordinate internship projects, mentor touchpoints, and end-of-program presentations.

  • Track program outcomes and recommend improvements each year.

Seasonal & Event Staffing

  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of seasonal game-day staff for the Des Moines Menace each season.

  • Partner with club leadership to forecast staffing needs and ensure game-day positions are filled in advance of the season.

  • Coordinate recruiting events, hiring days, and onboarding sessions for seasonal staff.

  • Maintain talent pipelines for recurring seasonal positions and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the annual hiring process.

Talent Sourcing & Employer Brand

  • Support sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.

  • Assist with recruitment marketing efforts, including social media, career pages, and job advertisements.

  • Help showcase Krause Group's culture and career opportunities through recruiting events and community engagement.

  • Build relationships with community organizations and professional associations to expand candidate pipelines.

Process & Team Support

  • Maintain recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and recruiting activity.

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

  • Support special projects within the Grow People team as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Position has no formal leadership responsibilities and no direct reports.

Level of Supervision Received

This position will have access to supervision as needed to resolve issues or problems.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.

  • Experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.

  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting platforms.

  • Experience supporting campus recruiting initiatives, internship programs, career fairs, or other recruiting events.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to recruit across a variety of business functions and build strong talent pipelines to support organizational growth.
