Clinical Recruiter – Home Health & Hospice (RN Focus)

Location: Remote (2 Openings – Texas or FL, GA, MS based on assigned territory)
Employment Type: Contract Only
Compensation: $32.00–$42.00 per hour

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking two experienced Remote Clinical Recruiters to support a growing Home Health and Hospice organization. These contract opportunities are focused on recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and other clinical professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has recent Home Health or Hospice recruiting experience, a strong background recruiting RNs, and a proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment. One recruiter will support Texas and must reside in Texas, while the second recruiter will support the Southeast region and must reside in Florida, Georgia, or Mississippi. Experience with iCIMS is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Home Health and Hospice positions, primarily Registered Nurses (RNs).

  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidates through onboarding.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies.

  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to develop recruiting strategies.

  • Utilize recruiting metrics and market data to improve hiring outcomes.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry outreach initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Minimum 2 years recruiting clinical healthcare professionals.

  • Recent Home Health or Hospice recruiting experience required.

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) is required.

  • Experience recruiting LVNs/LPNs and other clinical professionals.

  • Must reside in the assigned recruiting territory (Texas or FL, GA, MS).

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred).

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, metrics-driven environment.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
