The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with senior living communities to build a talent pipeline and fill open roles. This person should be sales-minded and creative. This is not a job where you just post a position and interview those who apply. This person should be ready to sell and market open positions and proactively build a talent pipeline and will be rewarded for doing that successfully.

Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days in-office/2 days remote. Our Support Office is located in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of open requisitions, supporting business units across the field and divisions.
  • Find and attract top talent in a specialized area in the senior living industry, such as wellness, sales, administration, or maintenance.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using internal tools, job boards, and networking to identify and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates efficiently.
  • Be an active participant in intake meetings, provide consistent updates, and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Review resumes that come through the applicant tracking system, screen candidates, and manage the candidate experience from application to offer or decline
  • Manage postings in the applicant tracking system, posting jobs, running background checks, and creating offer letters.
  • Conduct market analysis to create competitive recruiting strategies.
  • Identify sourcing opportunities and create partnerships with diversity organizations, colleges, veterans’ organizations, etc., to build the employer brand and proactively develop relationships to source talent.
  • Embrace feedback and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
  • Administer pre-hire Culture Index assessment process, including working with department leads and CI Administrator to identify ideal Culture Index for each role and interpreting surveys for hiring managers.
  • Travel as needed to build community relationships, partnerships with schools, unemployment offices, veterans’ organizations, etc., and manage and attend hiring or community events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or senior living
  • Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across a variety of roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Experience with high-volume or agency healthcare recruiting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • The desire to get out in the community to be a face of Vitality’s employer brand
  • Experience developing partnerships with colleges and community organizations
  • Familiarity with behavioral assessment platform (Culture Index preferred)
