Location; Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance Monday through Thursday, with remote work flexibility on Fridays).

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Early Career Talent Team is dedicated to building the company's future workforce by attracting, hiring, and developing high-potential early career talent. Through internship programs, university partnerships, campus recruiting initiatives, and strategic talent programs, the team creates meaningful opportunities for students and recent graduates to launch their careers while helping the company develop its next generation of leaders, innovators, and industry experts.

As an Early Career Talent Partner, you will play a key role in executing the company's early career recruiting strategy by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for internship and early career opportunities across North America. You will partner closely with hiring managers, universities, student organizations, and other talent pipeline partners to identify, engage, and hire top emerging talent.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with campus partners, represent the company at university recruiting events, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

This is a seven-month contract position reporting to the Global Head of Early Career Talent Programs. You will collaborate with a team of Early Career Talent Partners and Program Managers who are committed to developing and hiring future talent while supporting the company's long-term workforce strategy.

The position requires up to 30% travel, including frequent evening events during peak campus recruiting seasons. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who is passionate about university recruiting, building strong partnerships, and creating opportunities for the next generation of talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and early career opportunities, including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and candidate communications while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Event Execution: Execute campus recruiting initiatives including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other talent attraction activities. Partner with universities, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to strengthen the company's early career talent pipeline.
  • On-Campus & Event Representation: Serve as a company brand ambassador by representing the organization at universities and recruiting events across North America. Engage students and emerging talent, communicate the company's culture and career opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Stakeholder & Manager Management: Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs. Provide guidance throughout the hiring process, support inclusive hiring practices, and ensure the delivery of qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Data & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Monitor pipeline health, track recruiting metrics and event outcomes, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and stay informed on market trends, talent demand, and student interests to support recruiting strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Recruiting Expertise: 4+ years of talent acquisition experience with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience recruiting for internship, university, early career, or emerging talent programs is strongly preferred.
  • Early Career & University Recruiting Knowledge: Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines through universities, student organizations, and other early talent channels, with an understanding of evolving student interests, workforce trends, and campus recruiting best practices.
  • Event Management: Experience executing recruiting events including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and virtual engagement opportunities while serving as a strong employer brand ambassador.
  • Stakeholder Management & Candidate Experience: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, universities, and candidates while delivering a high-quality, candidate-centric recruiting experience.
  • Technology, Analytics & Execution Excellence: Proficiency with recruiting technologies including ATS, CRM, event management platforms, and AI-powered recruiting tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, leverage recruiting data to drive decisions.
