    What You'll Be Doing

    As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll:

    • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.

    • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Hospice, Palliative, and Pediatric care, as well as Leadership, Sales, Administrative, and Finance teams.

    • Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with our mission and culture.

    • Maintain and enhance recruiting practices to meet monthly hiring goals and long-term talent pipeline needs.

    • Represent Agape Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, job fairs, and networking.

    • Train new recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)

    Experience:

    • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience

    • Healthcare recruiting experience required

    • Hospice industry experience is a plus

    • Experience using iCIMS ATS strongly preferred

    Skills & Qualities:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across departments

    • Analytical thinking and creative sourcing strategies

    • Discretion and professionalism with confidential information

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

    • Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process

    Additional Requirements:

    • Home-office-based with occasional travel as needed

    • Valid driver's license required

    • Must meet all health screening requirements

    • This opportunity is an in-office role working alongside the Talent Acquisition and HR Team at our Corporate Headquarters - 187 N Church St, Ste 201 Spartanburg, SC 29306
